BAND: The Fellowship Of The Ring

Biografie

The Fellowship Of The Ring born in 2000 by an idea of the keyboards player, composer and mastermind of the band Marcello Piccinini with the help of the golden voice of Annalisa Rattini.
In 2001 the line-up is completed by Stefano Casadei (guitar), Ivan Djurdjevic (drums) and Luca Giuliani (bass).
The first concept release was “The Legend Of The Elves” more times re-arranged and changed in its structure before its final release.
In 2002 Piccinini put the end to these changes for a definitive work that has the face of a real epic/melodic/rock opera, a kind of fantasy concept album with well-defined AOR sonorities.
In 2003 Daniele Strada joins the bands on drums and a new fresh air enter into the composition of the new stuff. In 2004 Stefano Casadei decided to leave the band and his role will be covered by Mattia Landi who gives more strong energy to the whole arrangements of the new EP “A Legend Of The Elves 2004 / An Epic Rock Opera” which is promoted via various mags and webzines with great responses.
