The first German band to join Scarlet-Team! TYRANT EYES is one of the most original Power-Metal band around with an intense live experience (they played with Saxon, Sacred Steel, U.D.O., Tom Angelripper, Nevermore...) and a great feeling with the ´true´ and ´pure´ HEAVY METAL! Three years after their stunning debut-album “Book Of Souls” (Metal Hammer: 5 out of 7 points, Rock Hard: 7,5 out of 10 points, Metal Heart: 9 out of 10 points), TYRANT EYES return with their new CD entitled ´THE DARKEST HOUR´. They created an album which became without doubt harder and straighter than the debut, though it doesn´t lack neither progressive parts nor catchy melodies. From the merciless, almost thrashy opener ´Night Of Defender´ to the mystic, partly experimental mid tempo tracks like ´Delight In Dying´ or ´Command To Destroy´ and the final epic ´The Last Light´, ´The Darkest Hour´ offers everything that suits the demanding Metalhead.
