BAND: The Gebruder Grim

Biografie

The Gebruder Grim were summoned in middle of the grizzly Berlin winter of 2010/2011. Tower, Goat Bishop and Wolfman X play original Heavy Metal. But lo and behold, we are talking old school here: Iron Maiden, Venom, Motörhead, Corrosion Of Conformity, Anthrax and the Kill’em-All-Metallica are among the Gebruder’s worshipped. However, The Gebruder Grim are no rockers of great nostalgia. You can tell when The Gebruder play live. It’s in the sheer volume.



Their EP „Waltzes“ was released January 2011 and named „Demo Of The Month“ by influential German magazine VISIONS.
2012 The Gebruder supported Enslaved in Berlin and will also release their first full length album “The Bamberg Apocalypse”.



The Gebruder recently supported Enslaved and Ghost Brigade and are currently putting the finishing touches on their first full length album.

Founding member Wolfman X (aka Berni Mayer) is also known for his detective novels “Mandels Büro” and “Black Mandel” (coming up).
